Mikki Hebl

Michelle "Mikki" Hebl graduated from Smith College in 1991 and Dartmouth College in 1997. Her research focuses on workplace discrimination and the barriers stigmatized individuals face in social interactions, the hiring process, business settings, and the medical community. In addition to identifying the ways in which discrimination tends to be subtly manifested, she also examines both individual and organizational-level strategies of remediation.
